Winkler Bible Camp’s spring Kids Zone semester is in full swing! It feels like we’ve barely started and we’re already a third of the way through! We just finished going through a workshop with our teaching team and are very excited to see them grow and expand as leaders and teachers of God’s word! Do you have kids grade 1-6 who need something to do on Saturday mornings? Kids Zone runs every Saturday morning, 10:00 to 11:30, from March 29th until June 14th at Winkler Elementary School (unless otherwise specified) and we’re always hoping for more kids to come out and join us for the fun. Get ready for an awesome time of singing, games, prizes, and creative Bible teaching. For more information visit www.winklerbiblecamp.com or get in touch with Jordan Phillips via email (kidszone@winklerbiblecamp.com) or phone (204-325-9519).

Want to volunteer?  If you’re in grade 7 and up, arrive at 9:00 and you can help out with doing actions, handing out candy, and just hanging out with the kids who come! Also, if you play an instrument or would like to help with Kids Zone during the week, remember to ask about the music team or visitations.

Winkler Bible Camp is looking for volunteers to help put up some drywall in our new Dining Hall! If you have any experience with tools, we’d love to see you here! Please contact Dale at the camp if you are interested in lending a hand. Call 325-9519 or email dale@winklerbiblecamp.com .

Want to help out at Winkler Bible Camp? Come join us on Saturday, April 26th for our Annual Camp Work Day! Come with a group, your family, or by yourself to help get our site ready for Summer Camp! From carpentry, varnishing, raking leaves, cleaning cabins and more, we have jobs for everyone. Childcare for ages 1 and up will be provided. The day starts at 9:00 am, and ends at 5:00 pm. Lunch will be provided. For more information, or to sign up, call the camp at 325-9519.

Do you have an hour a week to make a difference for a child in your community? Our mission at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Morden-Winkler is to provide mentors to children who need a mentor. We can think of no one better to mentor a child than people of faith. Currently, we are looking for In-School Mentors and Big Brothers. For more information call 204-325-9707 or email michael.penner@bigbrothersbigsisters.ca.

Can a person praise God by running a cash register? Can we bring glory to God by tinkering and repairing things? Can we bless our creator by pricing things or hanging clothing? We’re trying to, come and join us! The Gospel Echoes Thrift Store in Winkler is seeking volunteers. If you’re interested, call Chris at 325-0095 or email mr.chrispauls@gmail.com.
