Upcoming Community Events
The Pembina Hills String Ensembles will present an evening of music at 7 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 23 at the Morden Mennonite Church, 363 Gilmour St., Morden. The program includes selections by groups ranging from beginners to a senior string orchestra. The Winkler Senior Centre Choir and wind and percussion players will join the senior strings in Vaughn Williams
arrangement of the “Old Hundredth Psalm”. A freewill offering will be taken. All are welcome.
The Kids Zone kick-off is on March 2 at the W.E.S. gym and all children in grades 1-6 are welcome for singing, games, prizes and a teaching time.
